These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement for using the clk44 platform and all its services. By registering an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you object to any part of the Terms, please stop using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Management

Opening an account on clk44 and keeping it secure is entirely the member's responsibility. Each player may operate only one account.

2.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate personal information when registering an account. clk44 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. If inconsistencies are found in the information you have provided, your account may be suspended.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your password and login details completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the support team immediately.
You are responsible for any activity carried out on your account by a third party.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Opening more than one account per person or household is not permitted. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed, and any pending rewards may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. clk44 also reserves the right to close accounts for rule violations, suspected fraud, or responsible gaming reasons.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

clk44 supports the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh, making the deposit and withdrawal process simple and fast.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Minimum deposit: ৳100 (all methods).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
The deposit amount must come from your own account — deposits from third-party sources are not accepted.
Depositing using credit cards or borrowed funds is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
Funds won from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

clk44 offers players extra benefits through regular bonuses and promotions. This section describes the general rules relating to bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus offers apply to one genuine player only.
Any misuse of a bonus for fraudulent purposes will result in it being forfeited.
If the wagering requirement is not met within a set period, the bonus will expire.
Each promotion may have its own additional terms, which will be stated on the promotion page.
clk44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in the clk44 VIP Program. There are four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Progression to a higher tier is determined based on ongoing activity.

5 Game Rules

clk44 offers both casino games and sports betting services. General rules for each game category are set out below.

5.1 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using a fully impartial and verifiable random number generator (RNG).
In the event of a technical fault during a game, clk44 reserves the right to uphold the result of the last valid round of play.

5.2 Sports Betting

clk44's decision is final regarding the acceptance of bets and the setting of odds.
